Ray Harmon
Pastor
Ray accepted Christ while entering graduate school in 1979. It was at that time he became involved with Great Commission Churches. He completed a MS degree in 1981 in Industrial Psychology at Emporia State University. He moved from Kansas to Indiana immediately after graduation to help establish a ministry on the IU campus in Bloomington. In 1985 Ray moved to Louisville, KY to establish a campus ministry at the University of Louisville. In 1986 he then moved to Indianapolis to help establish a new church on the west side. He worked in management for 25 years. Ray was ordained as a pastor in January 2004. In the fall of 2008 he worked with a few college students from ECCC to establish The Rock, a campus ministry at IUPUI. Ray is currently the full time staff pastor. Ray is married to Kelly, his wife of over 30 years, and they have four daughters, four sons-in-law and four grandchildren. Bill Pfeifer
Pastor
Bill came to know the Lord as a freshman at the University of Michigan in 1980. He then finished his college studies at Michigan State University, where he joined up with a Great Commission Church on campus. After graduating in 1984, Bill and a team of people from MSU went back to plant a church at the University of Michigan. He then moved to Muncie, where he helped reenergize a church at Ball State University. Bill was ordained a pastor in the Great Commission Churches in 1987. In 1989, Bill married Belinda, and in the same year moved to join up with Eagle Creek Community Church in Indianapolis. Bill and Belinda live on the West side of Indianapolis, where they have raised their four children. Bill is also the Director of Engineering for Kauffman Engineering in Lebanon, IN.

Scott MacLean
Pastor
After growing up in beautiful New England, Scott came into a relationship with Jesus Christ at the age of 21, while working a summer job in the majestic Rocky Mountains in Colorado. He became involved with Great Commission Churches while attending Indiana University, where he graduated with a BS degree in 1984. While working full time as a business marketing consultant over the last three decades, Scott has served in various churches leadership roles in Indiana and Illinois. In more recent years, Scott served at Eagle Creek Community Church as the worship ministry team leader. Additionally, he was part of the team that spear-headed a student ministry on the campus of IUPUI in downtown Indianapolis in 2008. Scott has a special passion for evangelism and equipping people to share their faith. He was ordained as a pastor in Great Commission Churches in May of 2012. Scott is married to Tina, his former college ministry teammate. Together they have raised four children: Daniel, Jennifer, Will, and Debra, who all currently live in central Indiana. He enjoyed sports and outdoor recreation such as camping and hiking.

Dan Barnard
Pastor
Dan accepted Christ at a young age and had a heart for ministry since middle-school church youth group. He has led worship throughout the years since shortly after getting his first guitar at the age of 13, and moved to Indianapolis after being born in Texas, raised in the Chicago suburbs, moving to West Lafayette to work with Grace Church at Purdue University, and finally landing here with his family. Dan and his wife Jenn have five wonderful children-Katie, Thomas, David, Bryan and Steve. Dan has a heart for the lost, a passion for sharing the word rightly, and loves playing and singing for his Lord.
